- A brief explanation of why you’d like a refund (optional but appreciated for improving our offerings).
Refund Process:
- Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions:
- Refunds are not applicable if the digital product or course content has been substantially consumed, downloaded in full, or if you’ve already completed over 50% of the course.
- Refunds cannot be provided for bundle offers or discounted packages.
